Nestled deep in the countryside, the Domaine de Capoue is surrounded by a wide variety of flora and fauna: 2500 species of plants are to be found in the Drôme, which is half of all the flora to be found in France. An ecological sewerage system, solar panels, wood-fired central heating, eco-bricks… the buildings are environmentally friendly and sustainable, demonstrating that Man and Nature can work in harmony.

By day, relax on the terrace, looking out over a green landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see; fields of lavender, heavy with scent, sway gently in the breeze, as butterflies of every colour and hue flutter above. There is no-one for miles around; there is nothing to spoil this paradise.
